Who are we and what do we do?

Double A Services, located in Daphne, Alabama, offers custom url (web address) for sale signs. What is this, and why do I need it? Well, you likely already have a sign in your yard with a phone number on it. The problem with that is in order for someone who is driving by to find information about your house, they must either call you or knock on the door. As you are probably already aware, the first questions are always how much are you asking, or how many bedrooms? The issue with this age old system is that most of the callers or uninvited visitors at the door are simply curious if your house is within their budget. What if you could simply weed out the uninterested buyers with simple information? That is exactly what we do.  First, you create an online listing (most people already have this) with a website of your choice that offers free listings like Zillow, craigslist or many others. This listing will allow you to include things such as asking price, number of bedrooms, and year built. After you have created a listing, we bring a sign with a unique web address, place it in your yard, and forward it to your listing. What this allows buyers to do is simply pull up in front of your house, as they already do, but instead of calling or knocking on your door, they simply type the custom web address in their phone.
